This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect only what you send us through the contact form, and we do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

Who we are
This website, wpurmi.com, presents the Urmi website builder plugin for WordPress. It runs on WordPress. You can reach us through the contact form.
This policy covers this website only. The Urmi plugin you install on your own site has its own documentation about the services it can connect to, and the WordPress.org plugin directory and support forums are governed by WordPress.org’s privacy policy.
Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form we receive:
- your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message;
- your confirmation that you agree to this processing;
- for spam protection, an anonymised version of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string.
The submission is stored in this site’s WordPress database and emailed to the site administrator so we can reply. We use it only to answer you and, if relevant, to follow up on the same topic. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Submissions are kept until they are no longer needed to handle your request and are then deleted. Messages marked as spam are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Web fonts
The web fonts on this site are stored on our own server. Your browser loads them from wpurmi.com and does not contact Google or any other font service.
Server logs
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may keep standard access logs, which include IP addresses, the pages requested and browser details. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are kept only for a limited period.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as the Urmi documentation. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Who can see your data
Only the people who run this site can read contact form submissions. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties, except with the providers needed to run the site (such as our hosting and email providers) and where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent. To use any of these rights, write to us through the contact form. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

If we change how this site handles personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
